? problem with ShareThis and NoScript on Firefox

    I use NoScript and it appears, unfortunately, that in order to use either the ShareThis bookmarklet or the ShareThis toolbar for Firefox I have to allow Javascript from the domain I am browsing, and that is not sharethis.com, it is the domain of the page I want to share.

    This seems unnecessary. Is there a reasonable workaround for it?

    Unfortunately there is no workaround. ShareThis injects JavaScript in the page in order to scrape the title and content of what you are trying to share.
