No issues whatsoever, very happy with it. I decided to try out a couple "Ajax" powered plugins (the Ajax Comment Posting and WP AJAX Edit Comments). Others have also reported that its been conflicting with a variety of other plugins besides ShareThis. Investigating some more, I found out that if I deactivate a Digg plugin that I have running, then the formatting is fine.
